Scrunch MND
On Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th September we had Steph from Scrunch MND down at the courts selling scrunchies and MND merchandise to raise much needed funds for MND Victoria. 100% of the profits from the sale of each scrunchie was donated to assist people living with Motor Neurone Disease and their families.
We are very proud of our netball community that supported Steph and her team across the two days, showing their generosity by purchasing scrunchies and merchandise.
The WDNA community raised a massive $1627 for MND Victoria, which is the most amount of money the Scrunch MND team have raised from any single event! This is enough money to buy a lift chair for an MND sufferer to help them get out of a chair! Well done to all of our members and also the visiting teams on our club tournament day for showing their generosity and support.
